Thank you for choosing to book with Guesthouse Kadishevi. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
1. Prices:
The price includes accommodation plus any board and transport indicated. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional meals, drinks, etc. are additional.
2. Payment:
For all bookings we require a full payment.
/To book a spot for the Yoga & Walking Retreat Holiday, we require a non-refundable deposit of 100.00 € per person./
We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal and Bank Wire Transfer. Our prices are NOT inclusive of payment fee so please include this fee when you make the payment/deposit.

PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows you to pay in any way you prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

3. Cancellation policy:
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract. Our cancellation policy is strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except bank fees. Cancellation must be made seven full days prior to local check in time (15h00) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund will take place. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check in time. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

4. Non-availability:
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund the amount paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
5. Arrival:
Check-in times are as from 15h00. If you want to check in before 15h00, please give us a call and let us know.
6. Departure:
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 12h00 (noon) on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Any extra services during your stay are payable on departure.
7. Damages, Breakages and Key loss:
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused, you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. One key lost will incur €15 charge for a replacement.
8. Liability:
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
9. Parking:
We provide free parking at the rear of the guesthouse to our guests. It is the guest’s own risk to park at the guesthouse.
10. No Smoking:
All public areas and guest bedrooms are non-smoking. Should you be found to be smoking in your room, a charge of €50 will be incurred. Smoking is allowed only at the balconies of the guesthouse.
11. Pets:
Pets are not permitted.
